Headspace O2 Analyzer for Vacuum Food Packaging

Youth

Gas Barrier Property Test System for Packaging Materials


For most packaging materials, they should have good barrier property to protect the content from oxygen in the air or preven the inner gases transmitting through the packaging. To determine the product shelf life or to improve the packaging materials, the first thing you need to do is to know what's current property of your packaging materials, that is to say, you need to know what about the gas barrier property of your current packaging materials. 

Labthink develops and manufactures professional gas barrier property test systems. Conforming to different international standards, labthink has gas permeability testers based on equal pressure method and differential pressure method. Also according to clients different requirement on test efficiency requirements, Labthink Gas barrier property test systems are designed with 1, 3, or 6 testing cells in one instrument, which can test multiple samples in one operations. G2/132 Gas Permeability Tester is one of gas barrier property tester that is based on differential pressure method and has three testing cells with independent testing results. 

Gas Permeability Tester for Packaging Materials

Principle 
The pre-conditioned specimen is mounted in the gas diffusion cell as to form a sealed barrier between two chambers. The lower-pressure chamber is firstly evacuated, followed by the evacuation of the entire cell. A flow of gas is thereafter introduced into the evacuated higher-pressure chamber and a constant pressure difference is generated between the two chambers. The gas permeates through the specimen from higher pressure side into the lower side. The gas permeability and other barrier properties of the specimen can be obtained by monitoring the pressure changes in the lower chamber.

Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Headspace Gas Analyzer for MAP

Heat Seal Tester: Determine Seal Temperature, Seal Pressure and Dwell time of Plastic Films


There are three elements in heat sealing of plastic films -- temperature, pressure and dwell time. Usually, we need to find a proper seal temperature, pressure and dwell time for our pakcaing materials before we apply it in production line. Labthink HST-H3 Heat Seal Tester is a laboratory heat sealer to determine the seal temperature, pressure and dwell time to meet a specific seal strength and product efficiency requirements.
