Seal Strength and Seal integrity is two important characteristics of whole flexible packages or three side sealed pacakging. There is an instrument can do these two test in on e instrument -- LSSD-01 Leak and Seal Strength Tester.
Seal Strength and Seal Integrity Test for Whole Packages.
Labthink LSSD-01 can be used for Burst test (high inner pressure test), creep test and creep to failure test. The Test Method, pressure value can be real time displayed on the LCD.
Seal Strength Test for three side sealed packaging can be conducted within a restraint plant, which will make sure the test more accurate.
